How credits and previews work
- 1 credit = 1 full song. Unlocking a song takes 1 credit. It then plays in full, downloads as an MP3 and gets a gift page you can share.
- Your first song is free to preview. Each account gets 1 free song with up to 2 versions. Every version plays a 45-second preview in full audio quality, with no watermark. Free previews cannot be downloaded.
- Unlimited revisions (fair use). Not quite right? Make a new version of the same lyrics as often as you need.
- Failed renders cost nothing. A failed render doesn't count — you can try again at no cost.
- Refunds for unused songs. You can get a refund within 30 days of buying for songs you have not used. A song is used once you download it or someone else opens its gift page. See the refund policy.
- Personal use. Songs are for personal gifts and sharing. We do not promise commercial rights.
Pricing questions
Do I have to pay before I can hear my song?
Your first song is free to preview (45-second preview). For any further songs you unlock first, then create, and unused songs are refundable within 30 days.
What does 1 credit buy?
One credit buys one full song. Unlocking it gives you the complete song, MP3 downloads, a shareable gift page and unlimited revisions (fair use) if you want another take on the same lyrics.
Is there a subscription?
No, there is no subscription and nothing renews. Packs are a one-time payment, so you only pay for the songs you want.
What if the song fails to generate?
You are not charged for it. A failed render doesn't count toward your free versions or revisions, and you can try again at no cost.
Can I get my money back?
Yes, for songs you have not used, within 30 days of buying. Used songs, meaning downloaded or opened by someone else through the gift page, are not refundable. One refund request covers one order. Read the refund policy.
