What to include
- the email address of your WriteMeASong account;
- for a payment question: the date of purchase and the email you used at checkout;
- for a problem with a song: the song title or the page link, and what went wrong.
- Please do not send passwords or card numbers.
Common requests
- Refunds: use “Request refund” on your account page. Read the Refund Policy first.
- A song failed or is stuck: a failed render doesn't count, and you can try again at no cost. If a song has been stuck for more than a few minutes, email us the song link.
- Report a gift page: email the link. See Acceptable Use.
- Privacy requests: see the Privacy Policy.
- Appeal a suspension: email us within 14 days of our notice.
